What causes problems with the gallbladder besides gallstones? - gallstones causes more condition_symptoms

I had a scan and there is no obstacle to my bile ducts, gall to say, to block anything. I wonder why I feel pain. My gallbladder only works on 24%, but no stones.

You do not have a gallstone, but not your gallbladder. The gallbladder concentrates the bile produced and distributed in the liver to digest fat. The fact that your gallbladder is not working at 24% means that for some reason (infection, inflammation, scarring, etc.) that are not properly distributed, in any case.

Whenever we eat something, even if not particularly thick, the gall bladder tighten and constrict to try to get the bile, and if it can be to squeeze more and more difficult, thus the pain of life. Think of it as a form of constipation. Gross, yes, but an exact analogy.
The only sure cure is to be surgically removed. You can try changing your diet, but it is only a temporary solution, and it has deteriorated with time. And somewhere along the line, which begin to develop gallstones, which is much more complicated, but the operation is necessary.

Make an appointment with a surgeon general, who recommended her doctor, and Sand have a date, it removed as soon as possible.
In the meantime, to avoid citrus fruits, spices, cheese, gas production, beef, pork, anything not surgary or with more than 4 grams or 5 grams of fat per serving, and try to eat more than 8 grams of fat per meal.
Good luck and hopefully feel better
